Re-registration materials were sent home on March 14^th. Re-registration must be returned by April 17^th. If your child is not returning to St. Bridget School next year please send Mrs. Mungovan a note, thank you.

Registration 2008-2009: We are accepting Admission Applications for the 2008-2009 school year. You need to send in your Application in order to be eligible for the screening process. Applications may be downloaded from our website at www.saintbridgetschool.info or you may call the school. For questions please contact Ms. Nigloschy @x229. . ***screenings are only for students NEW to St. Bridget School. Those already in our school do not need screening (nor do they need to reapply) to move from one year to the next.*** re-registration for current students takes place in the Spring (see above).

Uniforms: All uniform pieces must be purchased from JB Edwards or our “experienced” uniform closet. As of April 15^th the summer uniform may be worn (Parent Handbook, p. 30-34). Boys in grades 3-8 must wear a belt. Sneakers may be worn ONLY with shorts or skorts and of course gym uniforms.

Saint Bridget's Middle School will be performing Chickenheart on April 4th and April 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the school hall. Ticket order forms are available on this web page and at the school office..

Father/Son night at Teamworks, in Northborough is coming. Mark your calendars now for Saturday April 12^th, from 5-7pm. “Fun for dads and sons of all ages.” There will be 2 sports venues, one with a bouncing castle and balls and another with sports equipment of all kinds. PTO NOTES:

Barbar McGrath, award wining author, is coming to Saint Bridget School on April 30th. She has written over twenty books for children, including The M&M Counting Book. Barbara graduated from Lasell College with a degree in Early Children Education. Barbara is also free-lance writer for local newspapers and has two books currently in production. A tireless speaker, Barbara has presented at hundreds of schools nation-wide since 1994. Her practical advice and humor makes her lectures informative and entertaining for children as weel as adults. In addition, Ms. McGrath has founded a non-profit literacy program called Author's Talk Too, Inc. Its mission is to bring published children's book authors and illustrators to inner city or under-funded schools at no cost. Through Barbara McGrath's generosity, Saint Bridget students will experience this inspirational presentation.
With all of the changes in our weather this winter, it is nice to start thinking about spring and the warmer weather it will bring. Here at Saint Bridget School not only are we thinking about spring, but we are currently in the process of planning our 11^th Annual Golf Tournament. This year’s tournament will be held again at the beautiful Wedgewood Pines Country Club in Stow, Massachusetts and is scheduled for Monday, May 12^th, 2008. Please save the date, more information will be coming soon.
