There will be two Open Houses for prospective families to St. Bridget School at the end of March. They will be held on March 30th from 10am-2pm and March 31st from 9-11am.

We Need You...For the Open House on March 30th.  We are looking for parents’ help to 1) plan OR 2) attend the upcoming Open House.  This open house will go from 10am – 2pm in an attempt to catch families, grandparents, parishioners after the Sunday masses. The format will be different from our other open houses in that we want people to mill around the school and ask questions of the teachers, students, and parents.

IF you are able to help either prepare or on the day of the Open House, please contact AnnMarie MacIsaac at 508-405-4374 annmarie@rcn.com or Mary Chowdhury at 508-879-1308 mchowdhury@rcn.com.   THANK YOU! We look forward to hearing from you.

Father/Son night at Teamworks, in Northborough is coming.  Mark your calendars now for Saturday April 12th, from 5-7pm.  “Fun for dads and sons of all ages.”  There will be 2 sports venues, one with a bouncing castle and balls and another with sports equipment of all kinds.  Pizza dinner and drinks are included.  Invitation flyers are coming home this week.  If you have any questions, please call or email Jennifer Ryan 508-872-0331/superryans@rcn.com.  Hope to see you there!

The Student Council would like to thank everyone for the food donated during their Food Drive last week. The Student Councilors delivered a large supply of food to the Parish Food Pantry on Friday.

PTO NOTES:

Good Friday Walk
: Monsignor Strahan and Richelle Harrod are organizing the Good Friday Walk again this year. Please encourage your children to join in this holy walk around Framingham.

The walks starts at the parking lot across from the rectory, we then proceed to Union Ave, Lincoln Street, Concord Street and then back “home” via Flagg Drive and the Walnut Street path.  We stop and pray at “points of interest” along the way, i.e. Bowditch Field, Marian High School, MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham Police Dept., Memorial Building, St. Stephen’s Church, Concord Street Fire Dept., National Guard, the Framingham District Court House and finally McCarthy Elementary School/Fuller Middle School/ Mass Bay Community College. The walk is approximately 3.2 miles (5K).  It is a wonderful way to spend the “quiet hour” from 12 to 1pm on Good Friday with your children. If you have any questions, please feel free to call  Richelle Harrod, at 508-879-8158 or email holachelle@yahoo.com .
