Saint Bridget School PTO - School Lunch Services
Participation in the lunch program is a wonderful way to be part of the school environment. You have the opportunity to be physically in the school building during the school day. Your children will love seeing you, which is an opportunity not to be missed. These young years go by so fast.
This is a commitment, to be sure, but is the only way to provide the service of in-school lunches. If we do not have dedicated volunteers, we will not be able to continue with the school lunch program.
| LUNCHROOM MONITORS: |
Parent volunteers monitor the lunchroom one day per week. Duties include selling milk, cleaning tables after each lunch and helping younger students with their lunch.

| SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM: |
Coordinates food delivery for hot lunch program and pays weekly invoices for all deliveries and supplies for hot lunch program. Also, oversees the utilization of the lunch card system. Helpers are needed from 10:30am - 1:00pm on a weekly basis. This is a commitment, but is the only way we can provide this service to our children.

| SUB SANDWICHES: | MONDAY |
Lunch orders are taken the week before and ordered from a local sub shop. The sub shop will deliver Monday morning. Chairperson will coordinate the ordering and be at the school to accept the delivery. Volunteers will help serve lunch and clean up. This lunch will be eliminated if we do not fill the chair position.

| HOT DOG LUNCH: | TUESDAY |
Tuesday is Hot Dog Day! Lunch includes hot dog on a roll, chips and a dessert. Volunteers are needed to cook hotdogs, stuff rolls, serve and clean up.
Cost: 1 hot dog - $1.75, 2 hot dogs - $2.25.

| CHICKEN NUGGET LUNCH: | WEDNESDAY |
Lunch includes chicken nuggets, salad, applesauce and dessert. We need help cooking nuggets serve lunch and clean up.
Cost: 4 nuggets - $1.75; 6 nuggets - $2.25; 8 nuggets - $2.75

| PASTA LUNCH: | THURSDAY |
Thursday is Pasta Day! Lunch includes pasta (with butter or marinara sauce), salad, dinner roll, butter and dessert. This is a great lunch but it takes many hands to cook, serve and clean up. 9 pasta helpers are needed to make this a success.
Cost: 1 serving - $1.75; Double serving - $2.25
